Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, preventing high temperature leading to product deterioration or packaging damage.

 

Keep away from fire and heat sources, because some solvent-based products are flammable, and the storage area should be equipped with appropriate fire extinguishing equipment; different types of products are stored separately to prevent confusion and possible chemical reactions.

• Metal processing industry: During the metal processing, Product A can effectively clean impurities such as oil, cutting fluid, forming oil, polishing agent, and anti-rust oil on the surfaces of metal products like aluminum alloy and steel, ensuring that the subsequent processing operations (such as welding, painting, etc.) can be carried out smoothly. In addition, Product A has a good cleaning effect on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and can also provide short-term anti-rust protection, improving the product quality.
 

• Electronics and electrical appliance manufacturing: Product A can be comparable to high-quality electronic and electrical cleaning agents. First, pour product A into a small container in proportion. After diluting it with water, pour it into the oil tank and stir it evenly, then start cleaning.

Cleaning standard: The concentration of the cleaning agent is 3% - 6%, and the temperature of the tank liquid is 45℃ - 60℃. Within this temperature range, the higher the temperature, the shorter the cleaning time; the lower the concentration of the cleaning agent and the temperature of the tank liquid, the time needs to be appropriately extended.
