Test the pH value weekly during use. Add the stock fluid in time if pH < 7. Also, it is better to conduct a full fluid change every 3 - 6 months and clean the machine interior for a longer service life.

• Recommended concentration:

  · For high load cutting (high finish) -- 1:15 times to water

  · For general cutting -- 1:20 times to water.

• For new users: when replacing old cutting fluid/oil with JY-1532, first add 0.15% fungicide to the old fluid. Circulate for 1 - 2 days under normal production, then drain the old fluid. Clean the oil tank thoroughly and add JY-1532.
