Wet Process: In the wet process of manufacturing polyurethane automotive ceiling products, Product D forms a reliable release layer on the mold. It enables easy separation of complex-shaped molded ceilings. Its excellent thermal stability ensures consistent performance at high temperatures, achieving high-quality finishes with good appearance and gloss, meeting automotive industry standards.

Dry Process: In the dry process of producing automotive ceiling components, Product D provides an effective release solution. It allows multiple demolding without compromising part integrity. The modified additives create a durable barrier film, withstanding mechanical stresses, improving productivity and reducing waste in manufacturing polyurethane automotive headliner molded products.

Clean the mold surface thoroughly with mold cleaner or other solvents to remove previous release agent residues. Wipe it dry with a clean cotton cloth.

Dilute the concentrated Product D with water at a ratio of 3 - 8 times. Apply it evenly in the mold using a spray device or a brush.

After a complete release agent film forms, start the hot-pressing process for ceiling model manufacturing. Reapply as needed depending on the mold complexity and prefabricated materials for continuous efficient demolding.

Do not store outdoors. As it is a water-based product, prevent it from freezing at low temperatures and store it sealed at a temperature of 5 - 38℃.

Stir before use. Long-term stationary products may have a slight stratification phenomenon.

The shelf life is 1 year.
